My Health Journey continues. I am starting this blog again on the afternoon of my 39th birthday.This is a place to log my last year before my 40th birthday. I am not nervous to turn 40 I just want to head into a new decade feeling my best. I'm a Mom of 3 a Wife of 1 and a lover of lipgloss, Jesus and my dog Chews. Fab by Forty! (I'm already sort of fabulous already however)
