Coffee with cream and splenda
Meal 2- MF Hot cocoa
snack- 2 oz nuts and diet coke
Meal 3- MF Choc chip cookie
Meal 4- MF Choc chip cookie
Lean - Salmon with 1 tsp olive oil
Meal 5- MF Choc pudding
Not nearly enough water
I'm just kinda blah so I really have nothing to say. :) Just wanted to keep with the food tracking accountability.
